Christmas Tree

Iris got her own Christmas tree for her room this year. I was going to keep it on the floor so she could see it better but after tipping it over several times and pulling the ornaments off it ended up on top of her chest of drawers. She loves it and smiles and points at it every time she wakes up.

Shoe Obsession

I was searching for a pair of silver shoes to match several of Iris' dresses. I was upset that I could not find any and had to settle on this super shiny tacky pair. Iris loves them though. This morning she took them out of her closet and when I put them back she started with one of her new stomping temper tantrums. It was not even 7:00 am so I let her win this time. She doesn't seem to mind that they don't match her PJ's.
