Canopy Tour

Brad, took my Mom and Dad on a Canopy Tour while I stayed with Iris. The climb up the first hill was apparently roguh but I think they enjoyed themselves. Here are just a few pictures.... ( Notice the guy behind my mom pushing her up the hill...hee, hee, hee!!!)

I bought the cutest little boat for Iris. When she touches any of the pictures on the front it makes tugboat sounds, seal sounds, bubble sounds etc. She really loved it. Here's a few pix of her hanging out in the pool and Brent and Sally's house.

CUTIE PIE!!! She is sitting up so well it is amazing! And no, you're not imaging it, despite all of the sunblock Iris did turn a shade darker when we were there.

I had to include a picture of 3 things you probabay have never seen and may never see again: (1) my dad relaxing, (2) my dad in shorts and (3) my dad reading a book. I think he enjoyed the trip even more than he'll admit.

Sleeping Upright

I debated whether I should post this picture or not but it was such a precious moment I couldn't help it. This is Iris sleeping in the Baby Bjorn right after our walk on the beach. She is fast asleep. Her head kept bobbing down and I couldn't tell what she was looking at and then I realized she was out cold! If you've ever been to Nosara you know the roads are all dirt and there is no "traffic." The restaurant we were going to for breakfast was only a couple hundred feet away so I did not buckle her in her car seat etc. for the short trip down the dirt road. I really think I should be the one sleeping after "wearing" her all the way down the beach and back--she's a heavy little thing!
