Skiing

Iris had a fit when Brad went on his ski trip this year. She cried and cried that he was not taking her with him skiing. She continued to pout about it for the next 5 days. Fortunately, we came up with our own form of "indoor skiing" and it seemed to brighten her mood. We used paper plates for the skis and a yard stick and Swiffer handle for the poles. She had a little trouble coordinating it all at first.

But then she got going. She "skied" in circles all over the kitchen and living room. I took a video that is super cute. If I can figure out how to post it, I will.

How could daddy resist taking this cute little face skiing!
