Beach Babies!

Monday was the last day of summer for us so I decided to take the girls to the beach for one last Hoorah!! I'm not sure of you would call taking a 4 month old and a 2 year old to the beach by yourself "brave" or "stupid" but I did it anyway. We were only there for about an hour but that was all I could handle. Iris had fun playing with her toys and chasing the seagulls. Her hair was in a ponytail, it just didn't last and ended up looking like this...

I think Isabella hated every minute of it. It was too hot for her. She mainly stayed in her tent but I just had to get a picture of her in her bikini. Too CUTE!! As usual, the highlight of Iris' day is snack time.

We were there early in the morning but it was still super hot and there was no breeze at all. It served it's purpose though, we had some fun and it wore Iris out so she took a good nap that afternoon. I think I'll take them again but I will probably wait until it's MUCH cooler in late September or October.

Then we closed out the day with two good baths and some matching Pajamas from Holland. Thanks for the matching PJ's Jeanette and J.J.!
